Here's a breakdown of our current range of PN16 flanges:
FL30:
- Type: Slip-on Plate Flange
- Gasket: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
- Use: Connects pipes with a slip-on design and uses a rubber gasket for sealing.
FL32:
- Type: Forged Steel Raised Face Flange
- Connection: Black BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel)
- Use: Connects pipes with a raised face design and uses a male threaded connection.
FL33:
- Type: Forged Steel Raised Face Flange
- Connection: Galvanized BSPP
- Use: Connects pipes with a raised face design and uses a male threaded connection, with added galvanization for corrosion resistance.
FL36:
- Type: Blank Plate Flange
- Use: A solid plate used to cap off a pipe or fitting.
SSFL30SSF:
- Type: 316 Stainless Steel BSPT Flange
- Connection: BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper)
- Use: Connects pipes with a tapered threaded connection, made from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel.
Note:
- PN16 indicates the pressure rating of the flange, meaning it can withstand a pressure of 16 bar.
- The specific use cases for these flanges will depend on the piping system and the fluids being transported
