To avoid costly downtime and safety concerns, consider Shelley Automation for your cylinder repairs.  We repair and service all types and manufacturers of cylinders.
  • Imperial from 1" bore to 12" bore
  • Metric 32mm bore to 320mm bore
  • All strokes up to and including 3000mm
For any repair enquiries please contact Jason on 07970 710408 and an onsite evaluation of your cylinder can be arranged if required. Alternatively, cylinders can be dropped off at our Scissett unit.
We will let you know if we believe it is more economical to replace rather than repair the cylinder. If a repair is viable, we will strip and inspect all moving parts and offer a comprehensive quotation (minimum 7-day turnaround to allow for assessment and busy periods).
All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of three months.  We offer:
  • On-site repair services to reduce downtime and provide convenience for your team.
  • Ready spare parts: the common parts are readily available at our site to speed up repairs and minimise delays.
  • Preventative maintenance advice: we can help you proactively maintain your cylinders to avoid costly breakdowns.
  • Emergency repair services: we are available for urgent repairs as we know you need to minimise equipment downtime.
