UK Delivery:

Standard Delivery: This does vary, the most you will pay for handrail fittings is £17.50 , Nylon tube is £15 and as a rule the rest is £12.50
Pallet rates : This only applies for large valves over 50kgs
Next Day Delivery (Monday-Friday):
- Prices start from £6.45 for smaller parts (we cover lost items).
- Parcels exceeding £20 or 500g will be sent by courier (standard £6.45 charge applies).
- Some discounts might be available - call us for details!
Saturday Delivery (limited areas):
- Available upon request (fee applies, non-refundable for failed deliveries).
- Requires contact name and phone number at checkout.
Same Day Delivery: Available upon request (approximately £1 per mile, subject to minimum fees).

Zone-Based Delivery (UK Mainland Only):

Scottish Highlands & Islands: Next Day Service (may take 2-3 days) - £20.00 (See postcode list below for specific areas)
Aberdeen & Grampians: Next Day Service (may take 2-3 days) - Standard rate

Remote Area Deliveries (UK):

Northern Ireland, Eire, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight: Estimated 2-3 days (may vary) - Contact us for a quote.
Collect by your courier: You can arrange your own courier to collect your order. We'll notify you when it's ready.

Cut Off Times For Deliveries for NEXT DAY delivery:

Nylon Tube - 2pm Monday to Friday
Handrail Fittings - 3pm , but some of the popular items as late as 8pm Monday - Friday
Copper tube , bundy tube and John Guest rigid tube in 3m Lenghts - 5pm Monday - Friday , sometime 5.30 pm
Most other parts can be ordered as late as 8pm Monday - Friday, but always better to call to confirm
